Fall Ball 2017 Program: Baseball/Softball - Fall 2017

North Natomas Little League's goal for the Fall season is to provide a teaching environment that allows for competitive growth.

Please read the following information below before you register for Fall Ball.

Baseball/Softball

The cost has been reduced to $50 per player. Uniforms will consist of a NNLL Dri-Fit shirt and cap. Teams will be distinguished by colors. We will offer our Baseball program in four divisions: AA, AAA, Majors and Juniors. Softball will consist of 12U, 10U and 8U divisions.

All players' "league age" is one year older than in the Spring. For example, a player who was league age 11 this past spring will be league age 12 in the upcoming Fall Ball season.

Players must play in the same division in which they played in Spring 2016, with the following exceptions:

League Age 13-14 MUST play in Juniors
League Age 12 MUST play in Majors
League Age 11 MUST play in AAA or higher

*Any child who played in Minor A or below during the spring season is eligible for AA in Fall.

**A Player may petition on the NNLL board for consideration to "play up" by e-mailing baseballagent@nnll.org with the player's name.  For example, a player who will be League Age 11 in Fall who played AAA in Spring, MUST play AAA in the Fall unless they petition to be considered for Majors.  In cases where a petition is made, the NNLL BOD will consider Age, Playing Experience, Spring Manager's recommendation, and may be invited to a special assessment to evaluate the player's ability.  BOD decisions will be communicated to the player as soon as possible and shall be final.

Players new to NNLL who did not play Spring 2016 within NNLL: Age rules above apply to new players.  Any player requesting to "play up" must follow same petition procedures and will be invited to a special assessment to evaluate playing ability.

The Fall season, which will start after Labor Day and at the end of October and will consist of one practice during the week and one game on Saturday. We will make every effort to play exclusively within our league but teams may have to travel to other leagues within District 6 if less than four teams are in a division. Practices will begin in late August.
